Jennifer Crosby is the founder and investigator of BULWARK Workplace Investigations, LLC. She brings extensive experience conducting impartial workplace investigations, including EEO matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, reasonable accommodation, and other complex workplace matters. Jennifer is committed to providing thorough, objective, and professional fact-finding that organizations can trust. Prior to her work in workplace investigations, Jennifer built an extensive career in education and leadership, developing expertise in communication, conflict resolution, employee development, training, and organizational leadership. These experiences now complement her investigative work and her ability to navigate sensitive workplace issues with professionalism, sound judgment, and objectivity.
